Product Samples
The following are samples of Estimating Solutions Pty Ltd databases, including Trade Breakup Level, Summary Level and Cost Analysis.
Trade breakup level
One tool does it all with the click of a button imported from the price book. The rate is entered with composite breakup including labour and materials combined. The Labour is calculated and immediately visible for each element as hours per item. Materials is then itemised for each element.
Summary level
All trade item are summarised. All- levels/Blocks/Rooms according to what summary format is set show the element for labour and materials as a separate value giving an immediate cost percentage and value for element.
Cost analysis – Labour
Labour cost report for each element can then be reported on giving an itemised break down of each labour item with the materials separated as a lump sum. In a separated report the materials can be reported on for every item required for the project with the labour separated as a lump sum. The reports will enable the user to extract and separate items by level, block, etc as required. These cost centres can then be added to accounting software project cost centres that have the material or labour codes preset as the cost centres produce raw costs. Addition non productive labour and other on-costs can be analysed using the on cost review sheet supplied and the on cost margin as a percentage value returned to the software to reflect the sell price.
